Information You Need
What is your return policy?
By Law you are entitled to return an item bought online, however if you have simply changed your mind or it is not exactly what you wanted you will be responsible for return postage and making sure I receive it in the same condition it was sent. If the Item is faulty please contact me first and i can arrange free delivery. For items that have been commissioned it is anticipated we will have been in close contact during the making process so only under extreme circustances would a return be accepted.
Do you do commissions
Yes! I can weave a textile with your requirements in mind- including pattern ideas, colourways, and size. From a throw to complement an already owned footstool cover, to specifically fitted curtains to complement a lamp shade colour, to wall art of a dearly loved pet (a number of photos will be required for this) to even using your own flock of sheeps wool to make a unique bespoke item- all are possible and more besides. I take great effort to make sure we come up with the unique items to your specifications. Contact me for details.
What are the payment options?
I accept paypal which is a safe and secure payment for both seller and buyer.
However if you are reluctant to use paypal (and you do NOT need a paypal account to pay via this method) you can pay by direct bank transfer but you will have to contact me directly to set this up.
