Hand woven on my ridged heddle loom using whole fleeces from my rescued pet sheep, here with the natural colours from my lighter sheeps fleeces.
I use the entire fleece (wool and hair) but here I have woven the rovings rather than making it into rug yarn first- so it is softer and lighter. On a cotton warp for strength, this rug is quite soft (sometimes they come out soft other times quite hard)
 
Quite soft yet hard wearing, may shed some fibres due to nature of this natural product. Would recommend this peedie rug as a bedroom rug
Not for heavy duty use.
