handwoven from the hairy wool of the native shore sheep, made into rug yarn at the north ronaldsay wool mill.
The colours were blended at the yarn making stage so they blend fluidly from brown to tanny to white and back.
This thick rug is ideal as a feature rug in front of a living room fire for instance
May shed some hairs owing to its natural make up
On a cotton warp for strength.
